Shipping Policy – Naturelite® Orders

At Naturelite®, we process orders 7 days a week to ensure timely delivery.

• Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Saturday, are shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Saturday, as well as any orders received on Sunday, are shipped the following Monday.

All orders are shipped from our climate-controlled facility to help preserve ingredient potency, enhance bioavailability, and maintain overall product integrity.

We offer all-inclusive pricing for all domestic orders, meaning the cost of shipping is already included in the price of each product—no additional shipping fees at checkout.

Shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage (included in the product price) for all domestic orders. At this time we only ship domestically. 

• Priority Shipping: USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional $2.99, which can be selected at checkout.

Order Fulfillment:
We fulfill orders directly through Naturelite.com, as well as select platforms such as eBay and others.
Additionally, Naturelite products are available on Amazon, where orders are fulfilled by Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), with full support from our customer care team.
