📦 Orders Fulfilled by Naturelite® (Naturelite.com)
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in any way, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send you a free replacement of the same item.
To request an exchange:

- Include your order number
- Provide a brief description of the issue
- Attach photos (if applicable)

At Naturelite®, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
🗓️ Refund Request Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
To initiate the process, please email wecare@naturelite.com with your order number and reason for the return.
📦 Return Requirements
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping (address provided upon request)
💵 Refund Deductions
- All approved refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Original shipping costs (included in your purchase price) will be deducted
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable deductions.
